About
A better way to find locksmith help.
Getting locked out is stressful enough. Finding someone reliable shouldn't be the hard part.
KeyNexo is a marketplace. We are not a locksmith company, and we do not send our own technicians. We build the software that connects people who need locksmith help with the independent professionals who provide it.
Today, finding a locksmith usually means searching, calling several numbers and hoping someone answers. KeyNexo replaces that with a single request that reaches locksmith professionals working in your area.
We are starting in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and building the platform so it can expand to additional cities and states as we grow.
What KeyNexo does today
- Customer and locksmith professional accounts
- Service requests with a unique code and live status
- Requests shared with approved local professionals
- Direct messaging once a professional accepts your job
- A dashboard for customers and for professionals
- Administrator review before a professional is approved
- Coming next: ratings, receipts and expansion beyond Miami-Dade
We only list features that work today. Anything still in development is labeled as such.
Safety & trust
Built for transparency.
We only describe what KeyNexo actually does today — no exaggerated guarantees.
You know who is helping
When a professional accepts your request, you see who took the job and can message them directly.
A structured request record
Your request, its status and your conversation stay in one place instead of scattered phone calls.
Reviewed professional onboarding
Locksmith professionals apply to join, and only accounts approved by a KeyNexo administrator can accept requests.
KeyNexo does not currently perform background checks, license verification or insurance verification, and does not guarantee response times. Locksmith professionals are independent and responsible for their own services, licensing and pricing.
Service area
